Roots, ritual and a little magic.

AHO! was founded by a Latine team who grew up with ancestral wisdom at the kitchen table. We speak from those roots, and the door is open to everyone.

Old practices tell us what matters. Behavioral science tells us how to make it stick. AHO! sizes both to your real life, one small move at a time.

Yemi and Gustavo. Founder bios and photos coming soon.

The story draws on traditions we honor and credit: the principle of correspondence, tikkun olam, the Haudenosaunee seven-generations principle, yin and yang, and agni and soma.
